Caution
Alcohol enhances mephedrone's stimulant effect and markedly increases the urge to redose. Animal work also shows the combination produces broader neuronal disruption than mephedrone alone. Practically: more consumed, over a longer session, with worse judgement about both.
The risk here is to the body — breathing, heart, temperature or organs. Set limits before you start, because this kind of harm does not announce itself in time to react.
