Caution
No direct pharmacokinetic interaction, but additive sedation and any dehydration or reduced kidney perfusion can raise lithium levels. Note that lithium with tramadol specifically is rated dangerous because of tramadol's serotonergic activity.
The risk here is to the body — breathing, heart, temperature or organs. Set limits before you start, because this kind of harm does not announce itself in time to react.
