Mixing Fentanyl and GHB / GBL

OpioidDepressant
Fentanyl also called
fent, fentanil, carfentanil, nitazene, nitazenes
GHB / GBL also called
ghb, gbl, liquid ecstasy
Verdict

Dangerous

Two substances with almost no margin between a working dose and an unrousable one, acting on different receptors so neither ceiling helps. Naloxone will reverse the fentanyl half and do nothing for the GHB half.

Risk / Physical

The risk here is to the body — breathing, heart, temperature or organs. Set limits before you start, because this kind of harm does not announce itself in time to react.

Can you mix Fentanyl and GHB / GBL?

High risk of death or life-changing injury. Do not combine.
