Verdict

Dangerous

The single most lethal pairing in current overdose data. Benzodiazepines remove the arousal response you would otherwise rely on to keep breathing, and fentanyl-benzodiazepine deaths are characteristically silent — people simply stop. Nitazenes and benzodiazepine analogues in the same supply make both halves of this unknowable by appearance.

Risk / Physical

The risk here is to the body — breathing, heart, temperature or organs. Set limits before you start, because this kind of harm does not announce itself in time to react.

Can you mix Benzodiazepines and Fentanyl?

High risk of death or life-changing injury. Do not combine.

Fentanyl
Synthetic — potent by micrograms, unevenly mixed
