Mixing Kratom and Tramadol

Unsafe
Tramadol lowers the seizure threshold and inhibits serotonin reuptake on top of its opioid action; kratom adds opioid effect and mild serotonergic activity. Additive sedation plus a raised seizure risk. Reports of tramadol adulterated kratom products ('krypton') killing people are what this combination looks like at scale.
The risk here is to the body — breathing, heart, temperature or organs. Set limits before you start, because this kind of harm does not announce itself in time to react.
