Mixing MDMA and Methamphetamine

Unsafe
Both are releasers acting on the same neurons, and the neurotoxicity mechanisms are shared — serotonergic and dopaminergic terminals under oxidative and thermal stress at the same time. Methamphetamine's much longer duration means the strain continues for many hours after the MDMA has finished, which is exactly the window where overheating and dehydration do their damage.
This combination carries bodily risk and can go badly psychologically. The headspace part often arrives first and makes the physical part harder to notice.
Can you mix MDMA and Methamphetamine?
